Basic Program Information
- Definition of a Lead: We provide you with a name, address, phone number, and type of project, and possibly additional information. Understand that what we provide, given your approval and expressed criteria, is a "lead", not a "job". Whether or not you carry a particular product/brand or the customer wants to move forward on a particular project is up to your sales ability, company incentives offered, financing plans available, products carried, warranties offered, your ability to create a sense of urgency or patience, as well as a host of other factors. Some jobs people will want projects done next week, some will want them next year. Depending on your work load you might want jobs that won't be ready for a few months because you are booked up, or ones that are ready this week because you have a gap in your scheduling. It is your responsibility to make the customer patient and wait on your service or to create the urgency needed to move quicker. The important thing to remember is you and the customer has each others contact information so the sales process can further develop. Our leads are generating by Referred Local’s marketing ability and are given exclusively to your company unlike most other lead services. These leads are fresh, quality products.
- Receiving Leads: All leads shall be received by you via email or text message. We find this is the quickest way to connect you with the potential customer.
- How many leads will I receive per week: We will provide you with as many leads as we can produce (This might be one/week or ….?).
- How many contractors receive each lead: Our leads are given EXCLUSIVELY to you. We may be working with more than one contractor in a given area and the leads are put on a round robin system. The leads remain exclusive, this just helps the contractor if we are producing more than they can handle in a given area.
- Entering and exiting our program: You may enter our program only when your information has been reviewed and approved by an account rep. Not everyone will be accepted. There is no sign up or monthly fee. Should it be determined that you would like to cancel your account, at any time, with Referred Local Inc. you must submit a written notice of cancellation by email to sherry@referredlocal.com with “account cancellation” in the subject line. Your cancellation will be processed within one week after receipt. If you decided to re enroll, your company will be put back in at the bottom of our system. Depending on the amount of contractors in your particular category you may not receive the same amount of leads as before or any leads at all until there are openings and your company can be moved up in our system.
- Our Relationship: Referred Local Inc. is not your general contractor, agent, or advisor. Your company is not a subcontractor or employee of Referred Local Inc. Referred Local Inc. is a provider of marketing information.
- Why Buy Leads: Buying leads is the ONLY form of marketing where you can control your cost. All other forms of marketing i.e. newspaper, TV, magazine ads, mailers, etc. have no guarantee of any type of result. You can spend thousands with lackluster results. We only charge when we can bring in leads.
